The indoor arena is one of the major landmark attractions of the overall Swansea Central development site which also includes a new urban park and restaurants, and soon to be a boutique cinema, two new multi-storey car parks, city centre apartments, shops, a digital plaza and a ‘gateway’ landmark pedestrian bridge over Oystermouth Road.
This major regeneration project, driven by Swansea Council will permanently strengthen the links between the city centre and the city’s waterfront.
